Update on MYOB RetailManager
We’re excited to announce that MYOB RetailManager has been acquired by AAAPOS Pty Ltd.
AAAPOS has over 20 years’ experience providing support, hardware, consumables, training and customisations for MYOB RetailManager customers. They also provide services for web and email hosting as well as an integrated solution to connect MYOB RetailManager to your online web store through shopify, WooCommerce or eBay allowing you to free up valuable time.
What this means for you
You will continue to have access to the same great RetailManager product with support, additional services and future product development to be provided by AAAPOS. Both MYOB and AAAPOS are working together to ensure a smooth transition for all customers.
Changes to support
• If you need help with RetailManager, support enquiries will be handled by AAAPOS.
• AAAPOS will offer phone, email and remote support using Team Viewer. The support email is support@aaapos.com
• In addition, to make it easier for you, we are retaining our existing dedicated support number within Australia on 1300 555 115 and within New Zealand +61 3 8400 3083.
• In order to best support outside of retail hours, AAAPOS will also be extending support hours to 7am-7pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Why has MYOB sold RetailManager?
RetailManager has been a critical product for MYOB over the years and has helped many retailers manage their sales, inventory and customer service in one place. However, over the last few years, MYOB has been relying more and more on our companies like AAAPOS to deliver help for those of you with more advanced needs to help get the most out of your investment.
